How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted material is being accessed through IPTV Smarter without authorization, please send a formal DMCA Notice to info@iptvsmarter.us. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Title or description of the copyrighted content.
- Location of Infringing Material: URLs or identifiers where the infringing content was accessed.
- Your Contact Information: Full name, organization (if any), mailing address, phone number, and email.
- Good Faith Declaration: A signed statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Accuracy Statement: That all the information provided is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Physical or digital.
DMCA Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:
- We will investigate and verify the complaint.
- If the claim is legitimate, we will disable or remove access to the infringing content.
- We will notify the user involved and provide an opportunity for a counter-notification, if appropriate.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to info@iptvsmarter.us. Your message must include:
- Your full name, address, and contact details.
- Identification of the content removed and its location before removal.
- A good faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- A consent statement to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court.
- Your signature (physical or digital).
If your counter-notice is valid, the content may be restored within 10 business days, unless the original complainant files legal action.
Warning About False Claims
Knowingly submitting false DMCA claims or counter-notifications is a violation of U.S. law under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Offenders may be held liable for damages and attorney’s fees.
Repeat Infringer Policy
IPTV Smarter reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access to users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
